Thai Peanut Pizza Sauce

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Heat on low, stirring constantly, until mixed.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Notes:

Covers 2 pizzas.
When making this at the same time as the pizza, you can place the pot over the oven's venting burner to reuse heat from the oven instead of turning on the burner.
If using natural peanut butter, you will not need much heat and it will be done quickly.
