Ingredients
1 kg meat
1 onion
½ cup olive oil
½ cup red wine
2-4 cloves garlic
⅛ cup parsley
2 bay leaves
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp oregano
Directions
Chop vegetables into bite-size pieces
Cube meat
marinate overnight
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 20 minutes
Skewer meat and vegetables
Broil or barbecue until done
sprinkle with lemon juice and oregano
