Haystacks
Ingredients:
1.5 cups chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter
ΒΌ cup peanut butter
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup peanuts
Directions:
In top of double boiler over hot, but not boiling, water, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips, butter and peanut butter, stirring often. In bowl, stir noodles with peanuts; pour in chocolate mixture and mix well.
Spoon into 1-inch mounds on maxed paper lined baking sheet.
Let stand 30 minutes or 20 minutes in fridge until firm.
