Granola
Ingredients
6 Cups oats
1 Cup red wheat bran
1 Cup milled flaxseed
1 Cup shredded coconut
1 Cup sunflower seeds
1 Cup pumpkin seeds
1 Cup whole almonds
½ Cup olive oil
¾ Cup honey
1 Tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in shallow roasting pan.
Mix the wet ingredients in a liquid measuring cup.
Microwave wet mixture until hot.
Pour wet mixture over granola and mix.
Bake at 250℉ for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
