Crackle Top Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 5 dozen

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg

3/4 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

1.75 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375℉

Mix butter, sugar, and brown sugar

blend in the egg, peanut butter, and vanilla

add flour, baking soda, and salt

Form into balls.

Roll in sugar.

Pinch with fork.

Bake 375℉ for 10-12 minutes
