Ginger Nut Cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
4 Tbsp molasses
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and salt into a dry mixture.
Mix the butter, sugar, molasses, and egg to form a wet mixture.
Add the dry mixture to the wet and mix thoroughly.
Roll into balls and then roll in white sugar.
Pinch with fork.
Bake 350℉ for 10-12 minutes
Notes:
Spray tablespoon with oil so molasses comes off easily.
