Danish Spice Cookies
Ingredients
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
2.75 Cups Flour
1 Cup Almonds
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Ginger
2 tsp Ground Cloves
1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until creamy.
Stir in corn syrup.
Combine flour, almonds, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and baking soda.
Gradually stir into butter mixture to make soft, not sticky, dough.
Divide into 4 (1.5 inch) logs.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until chilled.
Cut rolls in 1/4 inch slices.
Preheat oven to 400℉
Grease baking sheet.
Place cookies onto greased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
