Buttercream Icing

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Icing Sugar
1 or 2 Tablespoons Milk (or a splash of coffee)

Directions

Cream butter.
Slowly beat in icing sugar.
Add liquid until creamy enough to spread.

Double recipe for cake.
