Blueberry Crumble
Ingredients
1 L (4Cups) fresh blueberries
15 mL (1 Tbsp) corn starch
10 mL (2 tsp) lemon juice
80 mL (⅓ Cup) flour
80 mL (⅓ Cup) brown sugar
5 mL (1 tsp) cinnamon
5 mL (1 tsp) nutmeg
2.5 mL (½ tsp) cloves
180 mL (1+¼ Cup) quick cooking rolled oats
60 mL (¼ Cup) softened butter
pinch of salt
Directions
Wash and drain the blueberries.
In a bowl combine the blueberries, corn starch, and lemon juice, and mix to combine evenly.
Pour into a lightly buttered baking dish.
In the previously-used bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Stir with a fork until the mixture is crumbly and evenly blended.
Spread the mixture over the berries and bake at 375℉ for 40 minutes.
Let cool to warm before serving.
